1. Introduction & Acceptance
These Platform Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and participation in the SENTRA private investment institution environment, operated by Temra Sentra Ltd ("the Institution"). By accessing the SENTRA platform or communicating with the Institution, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
2. Institutional Character & Scope
SENTRA is a professionally governed technology platform that curates an ecosystem of specialist Strategy Providers, Investment Product Providers, and Strategic Infrastructure Partners. SENTRA is operated by Temra Sentra Ltd and is not a registered broker-dealer, financial adviser, or custodian. Trading, custody, and regulated execution services are provided independently by regulated partner institutions, including Earnex LLC (Reg. No. 1949 LLC 2022, St Vincent and the Grenadines).
3. Membership & Access Standards
Access to the SENTRA platform and community is intentionally selective and restricted to Club Members admitted through our formal assessment process. Membership is established on a recommendation and invitation basis. Submitting an enquiry or application does not guarantee membership or access to the Investment Ecosystem.
4. Independent Judgement
SENTRA establishes a governed environment for evaluation but does not provide personal financial, legal, or tax advice. Every Club Member remains solely responsible for exercising independent judgement and evaluating opportunities according to their own objectives and financial circumstances.
5. Discretion & Intellectual Property
All content, materials, trade names, and institutional frameworks available through SENTRA are the confidential and proprietary property of Temra Sentra Ltd. Members agree to respect strict discretion and confidentiality regarding institutional updates, ecosystem participants, and community affairs.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Temra Sentra Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform usage, market movements, or third-party service provider operations within the Investment Ecosystem.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Saint Lucia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Saint Lucia.
