SENTRA is founded upon recommendation principles. Prospective Club Members are encouraged to specify introducing Members or professional associates when submitting an enquiry. Introductions are held in the same strict confidence as all institutional relationships.
2. Introducer Relationships & Governance
Introducers and referring members act independently. An introduction to SENTRA does not constitute financial advice, solicitation, or a binding guarantee of membership. The Institution evaluates all applicants independently according to established governance and onboarding standards.
3. Fee & Compensation Disclosures
Temra Sentra Ltd may maintain institutional distribution or infrastructure arrangements with ecosystem partners. Where introducing arrangements involve fee-sharing or commercial compensation, such arrangements are conducted in accordance with applicable regulatory rules and institutional transparency principles.
4. Independent Evaluation
Neither an introducer nor Temra Sentra Ltd shall influence or replace a Member's independent financial evaluation. Club Members remain responsible for assessing investment opportunities within the ecosystem according to their personal risk profile and objectives.
